Howick Beach

Howick Beach is a tidal beach overlooking the Tamaki Strait. The Howick Volunteer Coastgaurd has patrolled the area since 1956, when it was originally managed and staffed by the members of the Howick Volunteer Fire Brigade. There is a dual concrete boat ramp off of Beach Road with ample parking and public toilets.
